We’re sorry the weather prevented you from enjoying the outdoor pool, though we’re pleased it looked appealing during your visit. I was sorry to read that the decking and garden furniture at your caravan had not been cleaned prior to your arrival. This is not the standard we expect, regardless of weather conditions or surrounding trees, and I completely understand your disappointment. I’m only sorry you did not feel able to raise this at the time so it could have been addressed for you during your stay. Thank you again for your balanced comments.
