Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're genuinely sorry to read how disappointed you were with your stay. It's particularly upsetting to hear that you chose to come home early, as that's never the experience we want any of our guests to have. We understand your frustration regarding the accommodation and the confusion around moving you. While we're pleased we were able to offer an alternative, it sounds as though the process wasn't as straightforward as it should have been. We're also sorry to hear that the entertainment programme didn't live up to your expectations. We know many of our returning guests have fond memories of the interaction and atmosphere our entertainment team creates, so it's disappointing to hear that you felt this was missing during your visit. Whether guests stay with us in peak season or during quieter periods, everyone should feel valued and enjoy their holiday. We really do appreciate your honest feedback, even though it's difficult to read.
