The payment system is confusing. I inadvertently paid for the full trip where I was only required to pay 25% and then was told that for a refund I would have to loose 5% on the fees. This is very bad...

Our booking system shows the option of paying 25% or Full payment at the screen where you put the promo code, right after you select your dates and number of people. On that screen, you have to select pay 25% or pay the full amount. We understand mistakes happen and we will be happy to work out a solution without incurring any fees for you.
