It was nice to speak with you this morning, just to confirm that your ribbons left us as I thought on Tuesday 3rd, which was our first working day back after the Easter Holidays.
These went via the Royal Mail in a white padded jiffi bag.
This seems to be taking the Royal mail longer then normal to deliver which I do apologise for, however if these are not with you by Saturday please let us know as we have proof of postage receipts so we can always raise a complaint with them for none delivery and send out replacement ribbons for you free of charge.
