This is the third holiday that GRJ have changed after we have made the final balance payment. One was cancelled completely, the other two had their departure dates changed.

Paul, Your customer services team have not spoken to me on this matter and it is not resolved to my satisfaction. I can't see how it can be resolved as you have simply changed the dates of my holiday. Your reply is another good example of where GRJ customer services have completely lost the plot.
