Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, I am very sorry you received an incorrect item. I can see that we received your return back on the 8th February. We do ask customers to allow up to 14 days for us to process a return once received by our warehouse. I can see this was fully processed on the 18th February and you should have received email confirmation of a full refund.
