I personally pride myself on the help and support provided and the progress children make in session. In this case, I can see this is not what was achieved for your son. With the high standards I set for my tutors and myself, I would like the chance to rectify this situation and show you the standards that you and your son should have received within his sessions with us.

Thanks for your Christmas card.

Your feedback was appreciated. Mitzi focussed on creative writing last term, which was an area that required developing. As you are aware this is only part of the English curriculum. The progress that she has made has been good in the centre, Mitzi will look at why this has not been transferred to her school work.
