Thank you for your feedback. We phoned you to find out how we could put things right for you. I know your son preferred a quieter session and we recommended one of our Saturday or Tuesday sessions but he didn't want to attend on these days. I completely understand that you felt that our service wasn't right for you in these circumstances.

We encouraged him to remain motivated and focussed in order to complete tasks given. He is a bright intelligent boy and I can confirm that he made solid progress in circle theorem, algebraic equations, solving equations and algebra. He achieved this in only 6 weeks.

I wish your son every success for the future.
