Well - what can I say ! After an informative telephone call from the very helpful Rachel from FPS today, I can confirm that whilst some my initial frustrations were due to FPS processes , it has become very clear that my rant should (and has since ) been directed to the offending company and not FPS. I only wish I had been given the correct information prior to the start of my contract by the recruitment agency responsible for my placement. The issue has now been resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks to Rachel , and once again , I’m sorry you felt the brunt of my frustration.
