There needs to be more incentives and less bureaucracy for zero hour contractors.
Your staff are excellent, however, my view of umbrella is jaundiced probably because I am more traditionally wedded to regular employment and PAYE. So, I was never going to be a satisfied customer...

Poor service
I always have to call them to chase up on my wages every payday. I never recieve my wage in good time. Its always after 11:30 am or 12 noon. Yesterday afternoon someone from FPS office rang me to ask...
