I requested information from you previous to my booking date by e-mail, not after and did not receive a reply from you. However I then proceeded to book online anyway. I wonder how many potential customers you might loose or have lost due to this!! I would also like to point out that I telephoned on two separate occasions to request information as well, and at both times the phone was not answered.

13 hour delay outward bound and missed the flight inward bound because there were no announcements on the board to say go to gate, boarding or last call. We had to buy new flights home with easy jet.

FlyDirect have forwarded correspondence to all passengers affected b the delay on the outward journey which was due to a technical problem with the aircraft. With regard to missing your return flight FlyDirect had no other passengers that missed the flight therefore we would assume that the correct details were shown on the boarding cards and the Airport Information Boards. Many Airports no longer announce a call for the flight. Prior to your luggage being offloaded there would normally be a call put out for you. Yours sincerely Celine Bentley Customer Services Manager
