Thank you for letting us know about the check-in at Palma, usually they are open in good time for the transfer buses arriving and we will look into why that didn't happen this time as we appreciate how frustrating this can be. In relation to the pre-allocation of seats, this is something we would like to be able to introduce but sadly isn't an option at this stage. We hope overall you enjoyed your holiday in Majorca.

Thanks you for your comments on the flight, we're glad you enjoyed your in-flight experience with Air Europa and we're sorry for the slight delay outbound and that the bags seemed comparatively slow on your return. We do aim to make the whole flying direct experience as smooth as possible both in-flight and on the ground and we will follow up on your comments. We do hope we'll be able to help you again on one of our future flights.

Many thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you had a long wait for check in at Palma, and this is something we will address with the airport. Unfortunately as a small charter operation working with several different airlines, we do not have the facility for pre-check in and bag drop at present.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We have already discussed your hotel voucher and welcome pack by email and I am looking into these matters with our ground handling team in Majorca. I am sorry to hear about the confusion with transfers and will also discuss with them how we can make it clearer in future. Our transfers vary depending on how many people we have arriving or leaving each resort on a given date, and can be either taxi, minibus or coach. I'm sorry to hear that your son didn't receive our goodie bag. I'll speak to Jersey Airport who are responsible for distributing them, but to make up for this you are welcome to collect one from our office ahead of your next trip away, or just to enjoy during the school holidays. Please let me know via enquiries@flydirect.je if you'd like to take this up, and I'll prepare a bag.
