Many Thanks for your feedback. We're glad to hear that the unavoidable delay did not detract too much from your holiday. With regards catering at Jersey Airport, unfortunately due to fog the previous evening they had a number flights rescheduled to depart Monday morning and significantly more passengers passing through the airport than usually anticipated, leading to delays in security clearance and a shortage in fresh catering. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

It is our policy to seat passengers together with their travelling companions, however this may not be possible on very busy flights.
