If only a local agent had been present........!

The big let down was the fact that no one was present at the check-in for the return flight. As a result we waited 1hr and 45 minutes to be checked in. I personally had to explain to the check-in...

Many Thanks for your feedback. We apologise for the delayed check in on return which was an unexpected teething problem with our first flight of the year and has now been solved. We hope it did not detract from a pleasant holiday in Majorca.

The flights were by BA Cityflyer were excellent, plenty of legroom, plane nice and clean. We ended up in a different hotel, which we were told was adult only but it wasn’t- not a massive problem....
