More direct flights please!

Excellent service and first class flight on quality plane. Only complaint which cost a star is the use of bus transport carrying a full load and preventing sensible physical distancing causing...

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear your comments regarding your hotel food choices and we will pas these on to our partners in Majorca. On Saturday morning there was some particularly bad weather over France which delayed our first flight down to Spain in the morning, this then had a knock on effect to our other flights that day. I am sorry if at Palma airport these delays were not communicated clearly to our clients. We hope this has not deterred you from using the FlyDirect service on another occasion.
