Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the long transfer time and will look into this with our providers to assess what happened there. With regards your hotel stay at Club Marthas, we are really sorry to hear that you had some issues with your initial room, and are pleased that they managed to move you to a better alternative. We review our hotel offering regularly and in light of your comments and some further investigation have taken the decision to remove Club Marthas from our programme in 2022. We do hope that these issues did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday in Majorca and we hope to see you again soon.
