We understand your frustration, however we also understand that COVID-19 has forced many hospitality businesses to cut off services that before were complimentary. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear of the inconveniences suffered at the airport, and have mentioned this to our handling agents, particularly with regards checking vaccination status to depart Spain as this is not required for entry to Jersey. Unfortunately as the weight limit on our Tenerife flights is strict for arrival into Jersey we are not able to offer additional pieces of luggage. We do hope that these issues did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.
