It was ok but flight delayed 3 hours and no drinks on the plane . Also we asked for twilight check in which they said wasn’t available but other people managed it

I'm so sorry you were incorrectly advised that twilight check in wasn't available, this is detailed on our pre-departure information but we will also ensure it's added to our website too. Badly let down at Palma Airport after a 2 hour delay, 1am , no Rep and no taxi for transfer to the hotel, at hotel we paid extra for large rooms, they were standard rooms, did get sorted next...

With regard to the transfer, we opened an investigation to find out what could possibly happen for the taxi not to show up, and we can only apologise for it again. Not quite the perfect holiday !

Only a 2 hour delay both outward and return, and the chaos at passport control in Mallorca prevented a 5 star experience. Hotel good value and brilliant for kids.
