very poor service. No customer service at all. Not nearly enough checking staff both ways. No communication. Zero respect for people travelling with young children, or the elderly and vulnerable.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear how frustrating your most recent experience travelling with us was. At Jersey, the check-in desk opens 2 hours prior to departure, so if this was opened later than scheduled, this is something I will check and discuss with Swissport. In Tenerife, check-in opens 2.5 hours prior to departure; unfortunately, arriving earlier than this (as mentioned in your feedback) does not reduce waiting time and can result in longer queues before desks open. Excellent service from Fly Direct

Excellent service. Always kept us well informed. We paid for direct transfers and these were excellent. Air Baltic plane was very spacious and had free Wi-Fi.

All good apart from how they withdraw flights months in advance and then introduce them again a month or so in advance and you find yourself on flights with loads of spare capacity? People will have...

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're not sure where that information has come from as FlyDirect have never withdrawn flights and then reinstated them, however we do occasionally restrict the durations that are available to book on popular departure dates such as Christmas and half-term. The Smartwings aircraft from the Isle of Man to Tenerife always has spare seating capacity even when 'full' as we operate with a weight restriction on that route. Thank you for your feedback. The initial 90-minute delay was due to air traffic control restrictions at Tenerife Airport, and we’re sorry that this was not clearly communicated by the crew at the time. This is something we will address with them. The flight was able to make up approximately 40 minutes of the delay, and we hope this shorter delay at the start of your holiday did not impact your time away.
