I am sorry to hear that there was an issue with the WCHR assistance organised for one of your party, I can see all notes were in your booking and sent over to the airline, so this should of been available for you. Thank you for your review, it is great to hear that you enjoyed the flight, the hotel and found the service good. I am sorry to hear there was some confusion with regards to your transfers, I can see that initially you didn't have any transfers booked with us. The transfer company we use in Gran Canaria only allows us to booked return shared transfers, that is why when you contacted our office whilst you were on holiday we could only offer to book you a private taxi transfer back to the airport for your return flight. We do hope that you choose to travel with us on a future occasion and please do not hesitate to contact the team if we can be of any further assistance.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry that you were unable to find your transfer on arrival. Our transfer providers had been informed of the late arrival and were waiting at the airport. A number for the transfer provider and an emergency number for FlyDirect are both provided on our pre-departure emails. We hope that this didn't detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.
