Hello I am very sorry to hear you are not happy, as per call with my colleague Saturday morning, unfortunately our fresh flower delivery was delayed, therefore the next available delivery date was Monday, to which you agreed to go ahead with the delivery. I did not receive a call it was a message and when I tried to call back several times it kept saying you were dealing with another customer??? Generated message!!!!! So I did not agree to delivery on Monday ? When I finally got through to you on Monday morning I was given florist number so had to chase up delivery myself ?? The flowers have arrived but not impressed with your same day service will most certainly never use you again or recommend you to snyone ,at a cost of nearly £50 it was a total rip off disgusting

Very quick and easy to order. Next day delivery but option for same day delivery. Kept me updated when they were out for delivery and delivered. Recipient was very happy with flowers.
