Hello there, we do understand how frustrating this is for our customers, however we are at the hands of our courier, they provide a national delivery service which is generally fast and efficient, unfortunately due to staffing levels, annual leave, sickness due to covid, and road network issues in general, they haven't been able to fulfil this lately, which has resulted in a large number of backlogs within their depots.
We are doing our best to work around this and allow a few more days for delivery, and this seems to be working. We have been informed that the backlogs are now cleared and so it should be business as usual!
