You commented that logs are hard to split. As we state in product description, this product is recommended for large appliances. Indeed, the logs (briquettes) are designed to be very dense, hard and therefore difficult to split. Briquettes that are easy to split typically burn very fast. The product you ordered burns very slow - and slow burning, long lasting logs are most often what our customers demand.
As our website states, for smaller appliances (if you need smaller briquettes) we recommend two other products which are 40% of the size and do not require splitting. We would be happy to offer some free samples for you so you can see the size difference for yourself.
