Really appreciate you taking the time to speak to me and leaving us your feedback. As discussed on the phone we welcome all feedback positive and negative to improve our services and products. I know you mentioned the main concern for you was the delivery as there was some misunderstanding between the Transport department and one of our depots. I have looked into this and contacted IT department regarding the email notification to try and ensure this does not happen again. Apologies for the inconvenience this caused yourself.  I am glad you were happy with the Panel quality and understand that on occasion some fixings will not "play ball".  I look forward to speaking to you on your next project.
