6 of the 28 panels were badly damaged on arrival - certainly some of the damage would have been noticed by the delivery driver. We have reported this to First Fence.

Bristol rep did not respond to request, when purchased from head office, incorrect fencing arrived, office staff rude and will rip you off at every chance, the delivery driver was very helpful,...

Products scratched & chipped

Drove 1.5 hours to Bristol depot to pick up goods after phoning them. Although they did have in stock the PPC finish was very chipped and scratched on all.

Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to the depot in question and it seems the goods had been moved around a bit and unfortunately with any powder coated products there is a risk of slight scratches etc. I have since looked at ways we can avoid this moving forward and additional protocols have been set to minimise any defects on the powder coating. We also offer touch up spray or to replace the items if you are not satisfied. Thank you again. Donna
