Hi Kelly,

As we discussed your old reservation is auto cancelled by the airline as flights were overbooked,So we have provided you alternate option on United airline on same price

HI Kelly,

It is common that flights can become overbooked while the reservation is being  booked. In this particular case the United Airlines flight had no more available seats.

At that point in time, we are able to provide you alternative flight options. We hope you understand and will consider booking with us again in the future.
