Thanks for the feedback. Our vehicles are checked and cleaned regularly.
We do encourage our members to leave the vehicle as clean as they would expect to find it, and our members understand this.
When vehicles are left with mess inside we recommend to call our Clubhouse team from within the car and report it - that way we would be able to sort you out with an alternative nearby vehicle. We can then also contact the previous member and remind them to keep the vehicles clean.
Likewise if you are experiencing issues with anything else on the cars, whether you need help with how to use a feature, or the feature is not working as it should, the team will be able to act and help accordingly, or arrange to have the issue is fixed.
We will look in to the point raised about Marshgate Drive and get back to you directly.
