No problems whatsoever

It was good, the car was clean. I wasn't too sure where is that card to pay for gas - since it was just teeny tiny bit above 1/4 of the tank and I know I shouldn't leave the car with less than that...

First experience no a good one.

I had to walk 3 blocks to find the car as it was not it the location that it should have been. I had to take a smaller car and it was not appropriate for my use. I returned it early.

Hi, I have been in contact with our London fleet manager, it appears this bay does have a designated parking space, however we rely on the previous member to return it to the same bay after their rental. I would recommend giving the Clubhouse a call if you have any issues or queries with parking and the bay in future and they will be able to assist you :) Thanks, Alex

Enterprise Car Club cars are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be booked by the hour, day or as long as you want. The cars are conveniently located in designated parking bays near to where you live and work and can be booked online or by phone in advance, or at the last minute. We take care of insurance, tax, servicing, parking permits and even cleaning, so all you need to worry about is enjoying your journey. We take care of everything but the driving!
