Hello Alex, When my wife called before we signed up with your service she had a specific list of questions. Most of them she was given the wrong information to in response. The first was about tolls, your website seemed to only indicate procedure for the congestion charge so she asked about other tolls. She was told that something like the Dart charge was simply passed on to our account. That was obviously not true and we got hit with a late fee from them. To your credit after we called twice we were able to get that covered as we would have happily paid it had we known it wasn't simply being paid by our card on file. The next and most egregious issue was when she rang to ask if mileage was included in a day's hire - like it is with ZipCar - she was told it was. This was THE reason we opted to use your service over a standard hire situation. We used a car three times for what we were lead to believe was a flat fee of £52/day and were horrified to find out we paid nearly double that due to the mileage charges for all three. There's simply no point in your service offering more than a few hours hire at a time if that's how you're going to do business. We would not have signed up at all had the woman she spoke to on the phone had any clue what she was talking about. When we called about the penalty fee we were hit with the person we spoke to mentioned that there's two different ends of your phone answering service and that he frequently encountered people who had problems like ours because of the other end talking without fact checking. Hi,

This £10 charge is for the excess protection that you opted for on 26th October. It means that your excess is £100.00 as opposed to £750.00.

A good service please extend it
Very good service, a little hard to understand at first, a simple instruction leaflet or email would help with starting up etc.

Excellent Service and easy to use.
I found everything from the membership application to making a booking and extending the booking due to traffic conditions was easy and straightforward to do. I would recommend Enterprise Car Club...
