Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt. It's just the product is no good.
Shame there's no discount for more than one bag, as surely transport is a big part of the cost.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your seedlings and plants have struggled this year. Our fruit & veg compost is best used when mixed into your soil to enrich it with organic matter as spreading a layer of the compost over the top of your soil can work as a mulch, suppressing the growth of weeds.
For seeding trays, we would recommend a growing media like our Multi-Purpose Compost.

Very easy to order online. The soil was delivered on time with care. I was impressed that the bag came with a pallet to stand on, protecting my driveway.

While we cannot take back the bags or pallets due to logistical reasons, we do recommend reusing the bags for garden waste or other purposes. We also encourage our customers to find creative ways to repurpose the pallets and have a blog post on our website with a few ideas.
