The app you're referring to (Shop App) is created by Shopify, the platform our store runs on, but it’s not directly managed by us. I understand how this was confusing and didn't provide the information you were looking for. We have now removed this as an option in checkout and your order details page.
For tracking your order, the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email is clickable and will take you directly to our pallet network's tracking platform. If you have need any assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact our team on 01202 593601.

Very helpful on the phone, driver both times delivered to top of drive rather than pavement, which I really appreciated, thank you. I still have the two pallets and bags, though!

In recent years, our pricing structure has evolved to include delivery costs, which may explain the increase you’ve noticed. We strive to remain as cost-effective as possible while continuing to provide high quality products.
For efficient distribution, we use a pallet network, which requires products to be delivered on pallets due to offloading via pallet pump. However, we do offer local loose deliveries, these just can’t be arranged via our website. If you're interested, please contact our sales team directly on 01202 593601 or office@thisiseco.co.uk.
