Understanding and diligent!

Hi Vasile. Thanks for your comments and we're sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with the roof repair that is pending. It's frustrating to see that the issue relates to maintenance rather than our service and, as you have eluded to, we are doing our utmost to resolve the issue as best we can. There is a process that we must follow and due to the scale of the work a quote was required. We also required approval from the landlord, which we have now obtained. This process does inevitably take some time as I'm sure you appreciate, although I am sorry it has not been as fast as you would have liked. The works have been instructed to be carried out ASAP. We will continue to keep you updated on the matter via email until completion.

Despite the problems of the property, the team at Dwell have managed not only this problem but everything with care in a professional manner. I really like the service I received from Dwell with honesty, integrity and, as i said, a very professional approach!
