Thank you for your feedback.The florist has confirmed that the flowers were delivered around 4pm on the requested delivery date. I can also see that an email was sent confirming the delivery date.
In regards to your delivery date i have checked the receipts and you have selected the date as the 13th May. What should the date have been?
