From time to time Designers Guild run promotions offering free returns, so please sign up to our mailing list to keep up to date with all our forthcoming offers and promotions. During sale times, our stores cannot accept any items purchased via our website back, due to the volume of sales during these times. However, outside of our sale periods, our Kings Road and Marylebone High Street stores are happy to accept any goods back for a refund. Although refunds cannot be issued at the stores, they will return items back to our warehouse on your behalf, and your refund will be processed once the goods have arrived.
