Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, Designers Guild UK are unable to ship to areas outside of the UK, Channel Islands and Eire due to licencing agreements. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. We would however like to assure you that Designers Guild continues to use the highest quality materials and production techniques available. Many of our products, including those on your order are produced within the UK. We take care to support local communities and resources, adhering to the Designers Guild quality ethos wherever our production is based.

The House of Lacroix is particularly sensitive to the matter of eating disorders, and recently donated items to the Christie’s Auction House in Paris for a special charity auction; the proceeds for which benefited Maison de Solenn, which helps young adults who suffer from bulimia and anorexia as well as many other disorders prevalent amongst the fashion industry. The notecards are an artistic stylised representation, and are in no way intended to imply a pro-anorexia stance; we therefore offer our unreserved apologies should this have been misconstrued in any way. We would be happy to accept the notecards back for a refund, should you wish to return them back to us.
