Out of stock messages are displayed in the basket and checkout stages of our website and further to this, we have recently also included out of stock messages within our order confirmation emails in order to make this more apparent. We are very sorry therefore if you feel that this message was not clearly indicated on our website at the time your order was placed. We are however expecting stock to arrive at the end of this week, and you may therefore expect delivery of your order early next week.

Thank you for your feedback. We do not at present have an option to write a gift note on our website, however, if you would ever like us to include a personalised message, please let us know right away, and we can usually make exceptions to include a handwritten note in the order. We are extremely sorry that the candles were damaged in transit and that the overall experience had not met your expectations. Designers Guild strive to be able to offer an efficient, personal and gratifying experience to our customers and please therefore accept our sincerest apologies that on this occasion, these values were not met.

Whilst we cannot offer individual replacement pillowcases for those sold as sets, we would be happy to arrange a replacement for the set. As we have no more stock of this item available on our website, we would be happy to arrange a stock transfer from one of our showrooms.
