Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we are currently out of stock of the Christian Lacroix notebooks and are unable to fulfil your order at present. Our out of stock messages are displayed both in the basket and checkout stages of our website, and we are very sorry if this was not made sufficiently clear. Stock of the notebooks is expected to arrive towards the middle of January, however we will continue to endeavour towards an improved date for this.

We had spoken to our couriers regarding the undeniably negligent handling of your order and have taken necessary actions to further prevent this again.
