Thank you for the feedback. We have pre-printed random (or surprise names) added to our characters, but have to create requested names separately ourselves using a special laser-cutting process. Any original tags we didn't use, are often put onto other nameless characters who don't need specific names. Or, they are useful for helping our retail partners.
As we work so hard to ensure all customers have a 5-star experience, and DCUK maintains a positive reputation, it's a little disappointing to only get a 3-star review in this case. But, never mind and we appreciate the feedback.
