I am very sorry to hear that your order has not yet been received. Having checked the tracking for the parcel I can see that Hermes passed the parcel out for delivery on the 6th December. Regretfully there has not been an update on the tracking since then. I have asked one of our Customer Advisor's to query the processing of the parcel with Hermes directly. Once they have a response they will be contacting you directly to advise further. Please note that we do need to allow Hermes 48 hours to investigate the matter and get back to us. I am very sorry to hear that your order has not been received at the time of leaving your feedback. Having checked the tracking for your parcel I can see that it was successfully delivered and signed for at your chosen delivery address on the 10th November. I can confirm that due to the time of year Standard Delivery is currently estimated to take between 5 and 7 working days from the date of despatch.
