I like their products, but my order has been 'processing' now for 9 days... how long does it take to process an order?!

I am very sorry to hear that your order has not yet been received. I can confirm that your order was despatched from our warehouse on the 4th December. Having checked the tracking for your parcel, the order is showing to have been delivered and signed for at your chosen delivery address on the 6th December. Great products, responsive and helpful customer service team. Made a mistake in believing my product had not been delivered when it had been and they were great.
