Excellent So Far
Excellent so far but still awaiting new bank card and cheque book. My bank changeover is not due until early February so can't comment until then.

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient.
They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They explained things very clearly and made me feel confident about using the bank.
