Lending in retirement
Good customer service, treated us as individuals. Provided lending that no other bank or building society would give us as a retired couple.

Would definitely recommend the Cumberland for a mortgage again. Dan was extremely helpful, and made us feel very comfortable as we were first time buyers and didn’t really understand what we were...

Old fashioned in some ways but great service from Ryan Patterson.
To start off with they were a bit slow and took a while to get back to me which let them down a bit. But once the case manager (Ryan) took ownership he was amazing to sort everything and still back...
