Always a personal service
As the title says I always feel comfortable discussing my banking needs. From phone calls to appointments the cumberland is always professional.

Whole process from online application took far too long. Had to wait weeks from online application then got an application form in the post! Also, initially opened an online ISA account, but no-one...
