It is really pleasing to recieve these comments regarding our service and products. I do understand your thoughts about the cost of returning items to us.
We have found in the past, then when we offered a free returns we were subject to high postage costs. For this reason, we had to subsidise by passing these costs onto the price of our garments and we did not feel this was fair to our customers. However, we do offer free postage on items that are larger as we would not expect you to pay a massive amount to return the item to us. In this case, we would include a freepost return label.
