The service is excellent, a package I ordered was lost in the post and CT were very quick to supply a replacement. It wasnt in stock so after a a week or so another email to say it was in stock and was received the next day. No query about the first dispatch, they dealt with that themselves.

I am sorry to hear of the disappointment you have with regards to the quality of our polo shirts. Over the seasons, the thickness of the quality changes depending on the season and whether it is summer or winter. Our winter shirts tend to be thicker than those produced for the summer. Saying that, you shouldn't be experiencing any problems with the general quality of the fabric and should you feel this shirt is not suitable, I would advise you return it to us. I will make sure that the appropriate departments are aware of your comments so they can review the quality and specifications of the items.
