I ordered the shirts for my father. 3 of them are looking like scuffed up after 1st wash. Looking old and worn. That’s so embarrassing. Ruined my gift.

Thank you for responding to my complaint and offering a return/exchange. I would like to clarify: I had ordered these shirts as gifts, and they are no longer with me in the UK. The items are currently in Pakistan. Could you please advise on the return procedure in this case? Specifically: •Can you provide a return label that works from Pakistan? •If not, would I need to arrange international courier at my own cost, which may be quite high? I want to ensure I follow the correct process, so please let me know the best way forward.
