Service as expected. A little disappointed that the price had increased between our initial quote and the final cost, but that is t be expected due to market forces in the insurance industry.

I'm sorry you are disappointed with the premium. I've had a look through our file and can see that we quoted you in March and then again in July, before you went on cover. We do try and keep prices as low as we are able to, but unfortunately there was a rating increase from Insurers within that period which was outside of our control.
