annual gas service and repairs

respond to requests are quite prompt, but the repair very much depends on the gas engineer who calls. quite often a 2nd call out to put right the original call out problem.

Our engineer reported that your toilet was installed at an angle slightly lower that the connected drainage pipe which was causing the leak upon flushing. This was deemed to be a fault with the original installation. If you would like us to investigate further then please contact our customer care team.

Thanks for taking the time to provide a review.

You reported your boiler locking out at 8.25pm on the 13/6 and our engineer attended the following day and while on site tested the system and found no fault. Our claims line is manned 24 hours a day 365 days a year and we endeavour to attend to all callouts within 24 hours and to emergencies within 2 hours.
