A very comfortable cottage.
Acorn cottage was extremely well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Anthony and Lance were very welcoming and helpful during our stay there.

Very unreliable
It all looks very nice but we had a very bad experience with a booking we made so its hard to trust the properties you advertise! They cancelled the booking on us after the actual check in time. We...

I'm so sorry to hear you had this awful experience. Did the owner give any reason for the cancellation? Coolstays list properties for hundreds of independent owners and we have never heard of an owner cancelling on a guest in this way. It doesn't appear you have been in touch with us to tell us about this, so please can you contact us at hello@coolstays.com and we will investigate what happened.

Great rentals
Overall you post unusual and original places to stay. This is a godsend if like me ( and a growing majority) are sick of Air B&B
