Unique properties to rent and fast, friendly interaction with property owner. However, would be good to know prices straight away as they start at a 'from' price. Interaction with the owner though...

We found a lovely family welcoming break
Great breaks, especially last minute deals. Good links to main websites. Sometimes the availability calendar for properties is not always up to date and accurate.
